Volunteer Spotlight: Carole

Carole Zeaser

Carole has been a library volunteer for a year. She likes meeting new people and getting new books to read while she’s at the library. A resident of Dillsburg for two years, she enjoys being closer to everything than she was when she lived in York Springs.

She grew up in Coatesville, PA where she played the bass fiddle in her high school orchestra. Carole studied Elementary Education at Shippensburg and taught kindergarten through third grade for thirty years in Hanover and Biglerville. She is the mother of two sons and the grandmother of five.

There are lots of volunteer opportunities at the library! Whether you staff the front desk or work behind the scenes, volunteering at the library is a great way to meet new people and give back to your community. Stop by for a volunteer application today!
