There are always many reasons to visit the Dillsburg Area Public Library, but the Holidays are a particularly good time to stop by:
- Travel: Are you going on a trip to visit family or friends? Consider coming in to check out an audio book for the long car ride or flight. Prefer to download something? We have got you covered!
- Movies: Movies from our DVD collection are a great way to entertain the kids while they are off from school. Children’s movies and all documentaries can be checked out at no charge. There is a small fee for feature films. (We also still have plenty of books to keep everyone entertained as well!)
- Technology Help: Did you get a device for the holidays? Need to know how to use it? The York County Libraries Tech Guru can assist you with that! The Tech Guru visits Dillsburg on the fourth Thursday of every month from 10:30am to 12pm. That means she will be in Dillsburg right after the holidays on December 28th!
- Helping Your Neighbors: The Dillsburg Area Public Library is collecting new (or newly made) hats, gloves, scarves, earmuffs, and mittens for our Mitten Tree. All items collected with be forwarded to New Hope Ministries for distribution to those in need in our community.
- Research: Kids wait till the last minute to write a paper? We have access to a variety of useful information sources that can help with that!
