Fifty years ago, the York County Commissioners created the York County Library System to collectively strengthen the community’s access to library service. Fast forward to 2024, and our libraries continue to dynamically work together to provide the resources our residents need.

Your first goal: read & log 18 books by the end of 2024 to be certified "18 Karat". Push extra hard & get the bonus bragging rights badge of “Solid 24 Karat Gold”. Plus complete new activities & answer a monthly “golden question.”
