A unique care group for those who are direct caregivers of someone with a mental health diagnoses. Mary has a special place in her heart for adoptive/foster parents but all who experience the challenges of caring for someone with challenging mental health diagnoses are welcome to join us each month. You will have a chance to share your personal struggles and learn methods that will help bring calm to the emotionally chaotic moments of your life. Bring your own supper

Not all meditation is sitting in the lotus position and chanting "om". Join us for a variety of meditation types and styles and gain more balance and clarity in your life. We will meet in the reading garden when weather permits, otherwise we will be in the Heritage Room.
