Join Miss Kelly for a 4-week program developed by the Office of Commonwealth Libraries to help your child get ready for Kindergarten. This program is for children who will be entering Kindergarten for the 2024/25 school

Schedule an appointment to read to one of our amazing reading therapy dogs! Call and ask for the Children's Library to schedule a 15-minute session. Therapy dogs visit the library every Saturday 10am-11am. 717-632-5183 ext. 6220

Introduce your baby to the library and begin building their early learning literacy skills. We will start with free time playing and socializing with other families then songs, rhymes and reading will follow. For birth to 2 years old with caregiver. No registration required.

Join Miss Kelly at the Penn Township Community Park, home of Kids Kingdom, for a weekly story time. We will meet at the front pavilion for stories, songs and fun! This event if best suited for 2nd grade and under. No registration required.

Join Miss Robin each week for an adventure in crafting! There will be a different craft each week. No registration required.

Join the Codorus State Park Environmental Education Specialist and Miss Kelly for a free weekly program featuring a wildlife book reading. Related crafts and games will accompany each book. Ages 3-10. No registration required. This event will take place outside the Classroom Building. Please bring a blanket/chairs as we will be outside on the grass.

Bug Scouts explores small creatures with big environmental impacts. Miss Jennifer will help children identify arthropod species and document habitat conditions that influence our planet's health. For ages 8-12. Registration required. Registration starts May 20th.

Find your voice at the library. This book club, made possible by a grant from the ALA, highlights stories of young people finding their voice and standing up to injustice. The first 10 registrants will receive a free copy of the book that they can pick up at the library anytime before the club meets.
