Library Construction Underway at Two Sites

Library construction is underway at two library locations:Kreutz Creek Library in Hellam and Martin Library in York.  Construction at a third location,  Kaltreider-Benfer Library in Red Lion, is expected to start this fall.  The projects are a direct result of the incredible community support received during YCL’s Imagine. Discover. Connect. Capital Campaign.

See the Progress

This is history in the making according to York County Libraries President Robert F. Lambert.  “We held one campaign for three libraries.  That was a first in YCL history and now we have three library building projects happening in 2021 and 2022,” he said.  “We are excited for our members and donors to see how their campaign support is making changes that will benefit the entire York County community.”  Recently YCL held an information session about the construction plans and progress happening at Martin Library.  If you missed it or want to see it again,  you can watch it here
