Social justice, social commitment, advocating for what matters to you.
Martin Library is proud to host the second in a series of Teen Town Hall discussions from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 14th. Our teens have something to say. This Town Hall will empower teens to find their voice and use it to make a positive difference in the world.
Teens, parents and members of our community who support teens are encouraged to attend. This panel discussion will answer the questions:
- I’ve got something to say. How can I speak up?
- What tactics actually work?
- What resources are available to teens in York County?
- How do we keep it civil?
Please join us!
UPDATE: We will be in the Quiet Reading Room at Martin Library for the panel discussion. The live event will be streamed to three of our libraries: Guthrie Memorial Library, Dover Area Community Library, and The Arthur Hufnagel Library of Glen Rock. Those who view the event from one of the satellite locations can submit questions via the event comment box.
