York County Libraries’ Honors Events highlight prominent library supporters and community leaders. A key component of the Honors Event is to raise funds in the Honoree’s name to support library collections. Select titles favored by the Honoree are plated as part of this special recognition tribute.

Celebrating the Honorees

Community members are invited to attend and support Library Honors Events. Program speakers share tributes recognizing honoree community and library service, followed by remarks from the honoree. A brief reception and lite fare follow the program.
