Proctoring Services If you need to take a proctored* exam, York County Libraries is ready to help you! Several of our libraries offer professional proctoring; these include: Dillsburg Area Public Library Mason-Dixon Public Library Paul Smith Library of Southern York County Contact any of the above for their current availability, guidelines, and fees. When scheduling a proctored exam, please allow at least two business days to process your request. *A proctored exam is a test, usually for an academic course, which is monitored or supervised by a proctor who ensures the test is completed per the institution’s requirements.
