The FRIENDS of Kreutz Creek Library are developing special fundraisers to support the Capital Campaign for Kreutz Creek’s new library. After 40 years in our double-wide FEMA trailer, Kreutz Creek Library will have expanded space in our new location, the nearby Hellam Township building, which will be renovated to include open service areas, additional computers, dedicated children and teen program areas, and additional seating and meeting space.
The FRIENDS’ June Fundraiser is one you will not want to miss, an online auction with gift baskets, gift cards, and special donations from local businesses. Mark your calendars! The auction is scheduled for June 8th – 16th and the link to this fundraiser will be on our Facebook page www.facebook.com/KreutzCreekLibrary. A week before the auction goes live, you will be able to view the items and make a mental note of which ones you simply can’t live without! There is a beautiful mirror from Pier One, a basket of self-care items, a plate and mug stand with dessert plates, gift cards to local restaurants, and the list goes on and on. Everyone is invited to bid on the items. Stay tuned for more detailed information on the “how-tos” of the event.
