Limited Browsing at Dover

Starting Monday July 20, we will be open for limited browsing a few days a week.

We will be open for limited browsing on Mondays from 3:00-6:00PM, Wednesdays from 10:00-1:00PM, and Saturdays from 10:00-1:00PM.

We will remain open for curbside pickup Mondays from 12:00-6:00PM, Tuesdays-Saturdays 10:00-1:00PM.

You will notice many changes if you visit us during this limited browsing time. Many sections of our library will be closed off. Browsing will only be available in the adult fiction, nonfiction, audiobooks, and large print sections.

At this time all Children’s books, Christian fiction, Romance, and Teen books will not be available for browsing. If you’d like to borrow any of these materials, you can place a hold using our online catalog or by giving us a call.

DVDs and magazines will not be circulating at this time.

There will be no internet computers, OPAC computers, faxing, copying, or bathrooms available for public use.

We will be practicing safe social distancing and ensuring the use for masks and clean hands for ALL who enter the library. You MUST wear a mask to enter the library.

We ask that you do not bring your children to the library at this time as the children’s area is closed. We have numerous book bundles you can place on hold by visiting our SignUpGenius or giving us a call. If you have a different topic request, feel free to email Miss Jenny at [email protected]. We hope you family is staying busy logging  SummerQuest minutes, attending online programs on Zoom and Facebook, and getting outside with GO York
