Tom Conway

Tom ConwayTom Conway, a Dallastown native, began painting (mostly acrylics) about eight years ago, after working in architectural and landscape design. A student of the late Ed Woodward, he was inspired to use color, tone and value to express his thoughts on canvas. He draws much of his inspiration from the mountains in the New Mexico area, and also the deserts and architecture of the adobe homes, walls and old world feel of Santa Fe and Taos.

He has also done some traditional scenes of Lancaster and York Counties. He is a member of the York Art Association and Hanover Art Guild, and lives and works in the Spring Grove area with his wife, Peggy.
