He recently conducted the Saint Helena Images Project, which is an ongoing photographic essay of an extremely isolated island in the South Atlantic Ocean. Williamson’s work strives to explore what is beneath the surface of the everyday world, and bring light to the overlooked or unseen aspects of ordinary scenes. A photographer, artist and teacher, Williamson resides in New Freedom with his wife and three children.
