The Bookworm
Spring 2010 Edition

From the Librarian

Happy Anniversary to Us! It’s hard to believe that we’ve been in the newly renovated library for one year! That’s right; we reopened on March 16, 2009 after a four month renovation. In the past year we:
had 53,256 visitors come through our doors
gave out 1,803 new library cards
checked out 76,024 items
accommodated 4,292 computer users

We would not have been able to serve you without the 3,134 hours our 30 + volunteers gave.  I’m looking forward to many years to come.

With much appreciation,
Mary Beth Long
