If
you love books--and you want to discuss them--you're in the
right place! This is where you can find a group of like-minded
individuals, at a
library near you, who have already formed a book discussion
group.
A book discussion group (also called a book
club) is a group of people who get together on a regular basis
to talk about books. Usually they select a book ahead of time;
everyone reads it; and they come prepared to discuss it. Book
clubs often encourage you to read books that you might not
normally choose. Book clubs are fun, a great way to make
friends, a place where you can share conversation, perhaps some
snacks, and maybe a cup of coffee.
