Book Nook is Closed.

Learn to Knit for Ages 10 years and Up

When: Tuesday November 24th, 2009 - 06:30 PM
Where: Kreutz Creek Valley Library Center at Kreutz Creek Valley Library

This six-week program is for students (ages 10 years and up) who would like to learn how to knit. Each session will feature a new skill to learn and some homework will be given. At the end of the program particpants will know how to cast on, knit, purl, bind off, make a gauge swatch and read a simple pattern. Participants are asked to bring size US 8 needles and solid, light-colored worsted weight yarn (pleae do not bring specialty yarns). Registration is required as this program is limited to ten particpants.
