From the South: Take I-83 N:  Exit 34 (previously Exit 14A) brings you directly into the Newberry Commons Shopping Center.  Make a left at the stop sign.  Drive past McDonalds and Maple Donuts.  The library will be on your right.

From the North: Take I-83 S: Take Exit 34 (previously Exit 14). At the stop sign, turn right onto Old Trail Road. Go over overpass and down to light at bottom of hill. Turn left at light into Newberry Commons. Make right at stop sign.  Drive past McDonalds and Maple Donuts.  The library is on your right.
