Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh: Teen Reads
This collection of booklists for young adults from the Carnegie Library
of Pittsburgh covers the best books of just about every genre you could
want.
Teen Ink is a webpage where teens across the nation, write book reviews
and submit them for viewers like you. Even you can submit a review
on a book recently read- just check out the webpage. Currently there are
over 500 reviews being hosted on Teen Ink.
Teen Reads, is a webpage solely dedicated to review books for teens.
Not only do they review books, but occasionally they interview authors
as well. Teen Reads offers a monthly newsletter sent to your email
account of newly added book reviews.
Book Loons, is a very large book review page offering over 4,600 book
reviews. Book Loons, is updated weekly adding more and more book
reviews. They have not only have book reviews, but they hold contests,
interview authors, and have short stories.
Grouchy Café is a website that celebrates teen anxiety and self
discovery. Because it celebrates these two topics it reviews books
relating to it. When visiting this creative website you will learn
about great and not so great books for teens, read interviews about
“interesting authors”, and understand the good and bad about our teenage
years.
Teens @ Random is a website that offers teens like you an inside glance
of the hottest new books coming out. Teens @ Random is also packed
with tons of information on Authors, contests, and books reviews by
teens for teens.

Don’t have enough time to pick up a book at our library and need one for
your book report? Well, Digital Library may be the answer! Digital
Library which is hosted by the University of Pennsylvania Library offers
over 20,000 free books on the Web. The World Wide School also offers online books. This webpage hosts a variety of literature from Alice in Wonderland to The History of the Telephone. Navigating through an online library sounds difficult. However the World Wide School makes it easy by allowing you to search by author, title, or even subject. Book reviews written by high school students, for high school students. All reviews are by current juniors and seniors in high school. No teachers, no librarians, no parents - just teens.
