The POWER Library is offered as a service of Pennsylvania's public libraries, school libraries and the State Library.

You'll find an entire Learning Center dedicated to helping you get the one that's right for you. To access Learn-a-Test, you must use your library barcode as your username. You must also create a password.

This new online literacy resource pairs classic video storybooks with related nonfiction eBooks to build a love of reading and learning.
